I'm a student at an eight-year secondary grammar school with an interest in finance, economics, and financial literacy, more specifically banking, monetary policy, investing, and current economic events. Recently, I've been involved in economic and financial competitions, achieving results at both the national and European levels.
I love learning new things, and what I enjoy most is putting theory into practice. That's why I founded the Opatov Finance club. I'm also always looking for other opportunities to experience finance beyond competitions and textbooks.
I placed first in a competition focused on practical financial knowledge, budgeting, personal finance orientation, and the ability to make sound decisions in everyday financial situations.
More infoI won the Czech national final of the EMQ competition, which tests knowledge of finance, banking, and economics. This result earned me the chance to represent the Czech Republic at the European level.
More infoI placed 5th among the best participants from across Europe in the EMQ European final. The competition focused on financial literacy, economic connections, and quickly solving expert-level questions.
More infoI placed 10th in the Economics Olympiad, which tests knowledge of economics, the ability to work with data, understand connections, and think within a broader economic context.
